Information regarding personal data
Regarding the requirements of article 2 of the following information note, your data is treated in accordance with EU Regulation n° 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27 2016 or the rules on professional secrecy.

i. Your identity and contact data
ii. Bank name and address of your company, association or institution
iii. Details regarding the activities of your company, association or institution, collected to ensure completion of a mission undertaken with Belgian Senior Consultants - Brussels npo
2. Purpose for the handling of the data
a. Members: manage the attribution of missions, as well as the payment of the membership fees and insurance cover for members.
b. Clients: ensure completion of a mission undertaken with Belgian Senior Consultants - Brussels npo.
3. Receivers of the data
a. Members: the data is provided only to the insurance company.
b. Clients: the data is provided only to those members responsible for carrying out the mission, who are subject to professional secrecy.
4. Basis for the handling of the data
a. Members: consent based on the statutes and management requirements of Belgian Senior Consultants - Brussels npo.
b. Clients: consent for physical persons, agreement for legal persons, based on the completion of the mission undertaken with Belgian Senior Consultants -Brussels npo.
5. Length of keeping of the data
a. Members: the data is filed away at the time of retirement, exclusion or death.
b. Clients; the data is filed away when the mission is completed and payment is made.
6. Transparency of the information and communication
Belgian Senior Consultants - Brussels npo undertakes to respond to all requests for information that it receives in accordance with the general rules covering the Protection of Personnel data. All such requests must be made to the Delegate for the Protection of Personal data.
7. Right of access and rectification, obligation to notify
a. Members: having the right to direct access to information regarding themselves, members may personally request the Delegate for the Protection of Personal data to verify and/or modify their information.
b. Clients: clients may direct their request to the person responsible for their mission who will pass it on to the Delegate for the Protection of Personal data.
8. Right to erasure and to withdraw of consent
It is not possible to eliminate records without compromising the management of the association and its missions. It is also not possible to withdraw the consent neither the agreement. Hence :
a. Members. If a member asks to exercise this right it will be considered as an act of resignation.
b. Clients. If a client wishes to exercise this right it will be considered as an unilateral termination of the mission.
9. Relations with the control authority, specifically in the event of violation of personnel data : Belgian Senior Consultants - Brussels npo would take action to conform with the General Regulation or the rules on professional secrecy in order to act in accordance with the obligations imposed by it.
10. Right to make a claim
To be made to the authority specified by the Law.
11. Person responsible for handling personal and contractual issues
